Panamericano  Bariloche FEM Snow Polo was a historic polo event and a very successful highlight for an international gathering of fascinating women pòlo players . Women from 15 countries and 4 continents came to Bariloche, Argentina at the end of August to play polo on snow for the first time ever in the world. 4 Teams participated. They represented North America who challenged Europe for the Northern Hemisphere Championship while Africa battled South America battled for the Southern Hemisphere Championship.
Maria Bensadon Heguyplaying for El Paraiso , along with her sister Ines Bensadon Heguy and the organizer Claudia Hodari all from Argentina and representing the continent of South America won BEST goal with a spectacular shot against Escorihuela Gascon / Aerolinas Argentinas during the Catalina Reynal Cup final.
